**Chokli Grama Panchayat – Kudumbashree CDS**
## “Chicken and Coop” Scheme for Kudumbashree Members
Chokli Grama Panchayat, under the leadership of the Kudumbashree Community Development Society (CDS), is implementing the **“Chicken and Coop” Scheme** for Kudumbashree members.
### Benefits of the Scheme
Participants will receive:
- One poultry shed (coop)
- 20 hens that will start laying eggs within one month
- 50 kg of poultry feed
### Amount Payable: ₹19,750
- The Kudumbashree CDS will provide a loan for the amount.
- The interest rate is only **4% per annum**.
- The loan can be repaid in monthly instalments over a period of two years.
- Upon completion of repayment, **2% interest will be refunded**.
### Eligibility Condition
- Applicants must be members of Kudumbashree.
### Documents Required
Applicants must submit the following documents:
1. Duly filled application form.
2. Copy of Aadhaar Card.
3. Copy of Bank Passbook.
4. Copy of Ration Card.
5. Copy of the Kudumbashree NHG (Neighbourhood Group) unit's passbook.
6. Copies of the first and last pages of the bank passbook associated with the Kudumbashree membership.
7. Two stamp papers worth ₹200 each.
8. Copy of the minutes of the ADS Kudumbashree unit meeting.
