VISION

We are committed to continuously improving the overall development of the Gram Panchayat by ensuring the timely delivery of social welfare, health, education and development activities proposed by the people of the Gram Panchayat and approved by the Governing Committee, government schemes, and services provided under the Citizen Charter, with the cooperation of our employees, thereby achieving the complete satisfaction of the public.

MISSION

To collect 100% of the taxes and fees due to the Panchayat in a timely manner. To complete all development projects approved by the Governing Committee within the stipulated time. To ensure that the services provided under the Citizen Charter are made available to the public within the time limit prescribed by the Panchayat. To resolve complaints within three days and ensure customer satisfaction, including that of the general public.
